* Signing von Holdouts in Zusammenarbeit mit kleineren Visa/Mastercard Acquirern
* Signing von Holdouts in Zusammenarbeit mit Netzwerkprovidern
* Analyse des Potentials (Visa und Mastercard Akzeptanzstellen) bei diesen Partnern
* Ausarbeitung von neuen Pricingmodellen und Überprüfung mit Revenue Management in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Manager
* Erarbeiten einer Signingstrategie per Mailing oder durch die Partner
* Erstellen von kunden- und partnerspezifischen Präsentationen inkl. Financials
* Nach dem Signing, Sicherstellung der schnellen Aktivierung und "Welcome Acceptance" inkl. Decalcoverage
* Koordination von gemeinsamen Marketingmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Marketingkollegen
* Ständiges Auffrischen und Verstärken der Premium Value Proposition
* Monatliche Reports und Abrechnung für die Partner
* Accounting für die Partner, Forecast und Accruals für Amex
* Teamwork mit den Vertriebsbereichen um z. B Franchise-Ketten gemeinsam zu signen und die Potentiale kostengünstig und schnellstmöglich zu bearbeiten

Qualifications

* Abschluss eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Hochschulstudiums oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position bei einem Premium-Anbieter mit nachweislich überdurchschnittlichen Verkaufserfolgen
* Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsgeschick
* Salesorientierte, begeisterungs- und überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit

The Sr. Manager will lead External Operations supply planning activities for a specific Orthopedics portfolio and a global network of external partner manufacturing facilities to meet franchise service level targets, global inventory and agility objectives. This individual will be accountable to drive service, inventory and agility performance across external supply chains and have direct accountability for planning activities and product flow from external partner manufacturing facilities through to delivery of product into the J&J distribution network. Areas of responsibility include S&OP, capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, new product launch management and external partner order fulfillment. The Sr. Manager utilizes Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes and drives assigned supply chains to meet inventory entitlement targets. Establishes key performance metrics and drives improvement in supplier performance across schedule attainment, inventory management, agility and responsiveness. The Sr. Manager will develop and execute a supply chain planning strategy that will yield significant results and take the company to the next level of supply chain performance.

The Sr. Manager will lead and develop a team to formally receive worldwide demand plans from the franchise planning organizations; conduct a formal process to rationalize this demand with available global capacity, service/inventory targets, and output a production plan that is "best fit" for these requirements. The Sr. Manager will bring to the position an understanding of contemporary best practice in supply chain/planning management with an ability to coach and develop others. The ability to work in a complex matrix manner across J&J and worldwide network of external partners is a key requirement.

Qualifications


A Bachelors degree is required. An advanced (MBA) degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of related experience in supply chain management, production planning and/or materials management is required. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes are preferred. APICS certification is preferred. Experience in managing and developing people is required. Experience working with third party manufacturing partners is preferred. Experience with Sales and Operations Planning process is required.

Must be able to lead change within the company and with external partners. The ability to be effective in a global environment with the business acumen to lead change with global external partners is required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company and across the global supply chain is required. In depth knowledge of manufacturing control systems (ERP) and processes is preferred. The ability to foster an effective multi-functional, cross region, cross company team environment is required The ability to lead and influence others in a complex matrix organization is required.

This position is based in Raynham, MA and may require up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.

Qualifications


Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Valid driver's license is required. Clean driving record is required. Ability to travel as necessary (some overnight and weekends) is required. This position requires at least 2 years experience in direct selling in business to business or to licensed medical professionals of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical products. Prior experience in cardiovascular, diabetes and/or pain management therapeutic area(s) in the last 3 years is preferred. Experience launching a drug to market is preferred. Documented sales results are required. Examples of company awards or participation in management development program are preferred. Residing in close proximity to the current geography or be willing to relocate to the current geography is required. In‐depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including understanding of the decision‐making process and delivery of care is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically, sit at a desk for up to 2 hours, climb stairs, walk quickly from place to place between business interactions, and travel by car or airplane independently is required.
