Brand Manager OTC-00000M2P
Description
Johnson&Johnson Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.
Now we are looking for Brand Manager OTC.
1. Be a champion for the leading brand in the company
2. Develop and implement annual marketing plan, deliver its main KPIs.
3. Get deep consumer understanding (insights via research and monitorinng of competitive environment. Ensure regular market tracking and analytics (Nielsen, GFK)
4. In close collaboration with Regional marketing team and other functions create or adapt brand communication (ATL, BTL) and develop media plans
5. Prepare and execute launch plan for new products and SKUs
6. Be involved into development of professional programs
7. Manage and control brand budget, including invoices and grids update
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of marketing, 1-2 years as BM
- Experience on brand with 360 support
- Independent management of ATL-BTL-DIGITAL projects
- Strong analitical skills
