Responsible for controlling both direct and indirect costs, through CM% (Contribution Margin), Base Cost and capital investment controls. | Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or business or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Master’s degree desirable.
Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be knowledgeable about MRP/ERP systems, production and inventory control, electronics mfg., assembly and test systems, capital, expenses/cost accounting processes, Lean Mfg Strong business acumen, problem-solving and organizational skills. Fluent in German, and English Language Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. Ability to energize and motivate teams in a dynamic environment. Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with multiple reporting structures Proven track record in change management |
