The
Tender Manager plays a key role in driving growth and margin expansion
in the Nordic region, and is responsible for delivering commercial
proposals for allocated brownfield development and Solutions Projects
Tender Management from receipt of Inquiry to Contract
Lead a cross-functional Tender Team and manage deadlines
Schedule and Lead kick-off meetings and toll-gate reviews
Ensure all Tender Documents are managed and accessible to Tender Team.
Manage pricing strategy working with pricing leaders and sales
Drive Risk Mitigation in Tender process
Build cost models to cover all elements of service proposals
Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory EHS & Q requirements & expectations at all time
Compile and issue proposals
Drive clarification process with Customers
Participate in Negotiation with Customer
Perform Contract review and handover to Execution.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or relevant business experience
Knowledge of upstream oil & gas industry
Knowledge of contract management and contractual terms
Knowledge of subsea production systems.
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to drive engagement across cross-functional teams
Good cooperation and interface skills
Knowledge and experience within business models, EHS and QA
Master English verbally and written
Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good presentation skills
Good negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of Subsea Operations and GE Oil & gas Subsea product range
