We recruit in the areas of Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Banking, Quantitative Finance and Risk Management.

Due to continued growth Paragon is looking to hire outstanding individuals who have the desire to achieve success and have the passion to work within the Global Markets.

You will be involved in all aspects of sourcing, transacting and closing recruitment mandates within the global capital markets sector. Paragon has a top tier client base coupled with a vast network of contacts which will help you to be successful quickly.

Working closely with our international partners of the business you will benefit from extensive mentoring from senior and highly experience search consultants.

Ideally you are likely to have gained between 2 - 3 years’ experience within a professional recruitment environment.

Alternatively you may have worked within Financial Services/Sales/ Marketing where you have developed excellent relationship/sales and communication skills.
