IS Technical Analyst / Senior IS Technical Analyst

You will:

• Design, build and deploy worldwide IT solutions and services
• Provide maintenance and support in the 3^rd line support organization
• Analyze business needs and define technical solutions
• Coordinate multiple service providers

You have:

• University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Services / Project Management or Service Management
• Experience in Information Services / Information Technology
• Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Virtualization technologies (HyperV, VMWare etc.)
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Sharepoint
• Active Directory
• LAN/WAN/VPN
• Telecommunications (VOIP, MS Lync etc)
• Certificate in one of the above technologies will be an asset
• Additional certificates, degrees or experience in Project Management & Service Management will be beneficial
• Proficient command of English both written and spoken
