| Key responsibilities: -book daily bank statement incl. investigating differences and performing necessary clearings -contact customers to initiate and progress cash collection (collection calls, emails etc.) -customer accounts maintenance -maintain documentation of collection activity -support team in area of Customer Relationship (respond to external and internal queries, escalate issues, communicate customers' feedback etc.) Requirements: -open-minded with strong communication skills and positive attitude to work -able to work under time and result pressure -preferred some experience in Collection or Customer Relationship -experience in SAP would be an asset | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
