Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist with upgrades of DB2, MQ, CICS Apply software fixes as directed. Using SOP’s to action incidents and work-orders. Required Skills: Experience installing, configuring and resolving issues with DB2, CICS and MQ on a Mainframe. Ability to carry out complex root cause analysis and liaise with application staff, DBAs and software vendors to address issues. BMC Administration for DB2 products and BMC Log master for DB2 BMC System and SQL Performance for DB2 products BMC MainView products (for DB2, CICS, IMS & MQ) BMC Application Restart Control for DB2 Compuware Xpediter/CICS and Xpediter/TSO Compuware Abend-AID and Abend-AID for CICS Compuware File-AID products Experience installing, configuring and resolving issues with IMS. SMP/E software installation skills. Required Bachelor's Degree English: Intermediate
