| People Manager Is responsible within his/her department for: People management: -Performance management -People development and coaching -High performance leadership and culture -Motivation of team members -Support selection of new team members -Retention and attrition management -Manage band and salary structure -Vacation planning -Attendance and shift management, planning and evidence -Develop and implement an “end-to-end-HR-process” -Foster teamwork and inclusion among all employees - across locations, cultures and geographies -To promote IBM's values Cost management -Department expenses management -Cost take-out initiatives and cost saving -Travel management -Confirm BaU FTE status and plan with IMT -Perform weekly controls over the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of claiming in their teams Compliance management -IT Security and Business Control as defined in Services Statement of Work Services Delivery Processes -Contracts, DoU, PA, M-SOW, S-SOW and other agreements - Delivery Centre Poland procedures and instructions -Labour code and other legal requirements -Health and safety -Compliance reporting and evidence Other -Support SSD function in recruiting and educating new employees according to agreed plan -Support in proactive way and actively participate on overall Delivery Centre Poland initiatives Extras: • Trainings and certifications • Private Medical Centre package & Insurance package • Multisport Card • Good to be an IBMer – discounts • Languages classes (free of charge) • Real possibilities of self-development promotion • Annual bonuses for the most engaged and successful employees | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
