Essential Responsibilities	Performing B2P / AP processes Issue resolution within the B2P / AP cycle Drive improvements, simplification and prepare documentation (SOP) Account Reconciliation and open item management Support clearing of Goods Received not Invoiced (GRNI) items Personal, phone and e-mail contact with external suppliers, other GE businesses and GE operational functions Monitor Supplier payments, provide solutions for payment issues and balance confirmations upon request Cooperation with external and internal auditors Document management according to GE policy Raising PO’s and Processing invoices from external or intercompany vendors Troubleshooting and process improvement
Qualifications/Requirements	Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent Solid accounting experience, with minimum of 2 years B2P / AP experience Proactive with the ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance and to drive change Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and inter personal skills Analytical with well-developed problem solving skills Proven ability to operate in a diverse operational and cultural environment Experience of working in a fast paced multinational company Strong knowledge of English both spoken and written Strong knowledge of German both spoken and written
