Generate and maintain schedule for scope of work for Oil and Gas projects. Collect information and prepare external and internal weekly and monthly reports.
The planner is responsible for:


  • Prepare and maintain planning data for Projects and bids
  • Establish Critical path and prepare schedule reports
  • Analyze progress and calculate earned values
  • Be advisor to Project Management and interface with Engineering, Sourcing and Fabrication to propose corrective actions to meet On-Time-Delivery
  • Change Order Management related to Schedule including Base-line management


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 3-5 year of relevant working experience with planning
  • Primavera is the GE planning tool. Primavera esperience required
  • Fluent in use of English as work language



  • Good knowledge of ERP systems
  • Goal driven & Customer focused
  • Proficiency with planning tools and excel
  • Strong team builder dealing with functions and planning their activities
  • Ability to customize planning activities according to specific needs and requirements
  • Ability to prioritize activities and respect deadlines
  • Project management, project controls, and procurement experience is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
