We’re looking for someone to join our team and support Office administration in Norway.
Duties will include:
- Incoming invoice handling for Global Corporate Payments Norway.
- Work across the Nordic markets (primarily Norway) with the corporate product range.
- Support Sales and Account Managers across the Nordic markets with defined tasks
- Proof reading of translations from English to Norwegian.
- Any other tasks or projects deemed appropriate, you will be a part of a Nordic Sales Support team with colleagues located in Finland and Sweden.
You will primarily work with tasks for Norway but will also get involved in tasks for Sweden, Finland and Denmark if needed. Your role will be very varied, ranging from general office administration, marketing tasks, invoice handling to supporting Sales and Account Managers with specifictasks for their clients. We are looking for someone with a customer oriented approach as the position will serve both internal and external customers. You will deal with ad hoc inquiries on a daily To manage this position you need to be a team player and fast to take action. Experience from the payment/financial industry is seen as an advantage. The role will be a central point of contact at the office in Norway.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Positive attitude and open minded in terms of the variety of tasks in the role.
- Quick to adapt to and manage changing circumstances.
- Be good at multitasking as you will have many tasks going on at once.
- A team player.
- Good attention to details due to proof reading work.
- Experience from a similar position is a plus.
