 Systems Support Analyst
Location: Krakow

You will:

• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between Philip Morris International Management SA end-users and PMI SCE Finance SAP Delivery Center in addressing and resolving any  issues related to SAP  systems
• Collect business requirements and prepare functional/technical specifications for system enhancements.
• Coordinate  and follow-up development of changes with SDC
• Organize user acceptance testing for system enhancements
• Provide trainings to the end-users

You have:

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics with 2 to 5 years of experience in International companies
• Excellent knowledges in SAP ERP 6.0 (Finance, Controlling, Assets Management, Sales & Distribution, Security and Workflow) with good skills in ABAP and debugging tools/methodology
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Microsoft expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook)
• Demonstrated competencies in team work, customer orientation, priorities setting and an excellent ability to deliver
• Good resistance to stress
