and customers.
The
company is headquartered in the USA with world wide establishments. The
German head office is located in Frankfurt city where we are currently
looking to hire an experienced collection professional for a newly
created position as
Accounts Receivable Analyst (m-f)
Nature of the role, Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will report to the European Revenue Operations Manager and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design and implement customer strategies in order to resolve collection issues.
- Determine customer profitability and recommend account modifications to ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer retention.
- Efficiently manage a high-volume of inbound support requests related to processes such as change of ownership, pricing, account terminations and adjustments to product configuration.
- Process internal contract amendments and work orders with precision to ensure accurate billing to customers.
- Appropriately escalate account issues both internally and within the customers’ organisation.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to define and improve internal processes.
- Develop and analyse business performance reports for our customer facing teams.
- Work closely with the accounting team based in the London office.
- Account Maintenance for the German region
- Accurately record all communication with customers in the appropriate tracking systems
- Reconcile customers’ information in 3 interrelated databases
- Various ad hoc projects
Desired Experience:
- Solid working experience from a German /locally based organisation
- University degree required (or equivalent)
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to understand issues, demonstrates resourcefulness, and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Strong organisational skills: task prioritisation, effective time management.
- Performs well under pressure and meets demanding deadlines.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
