strengthen and contribute broadly across the Allocation Strategies
department
Allocation Strategies manages the Fund’s overall exposure towards asset classes and risk factors. The department consists of four groups with dedicated portfolio managers, investment analysts and researchers.
The position is located in Oslo and some travel will be required.
Start date will be Autumn 2014.
Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
- Research and present relevant financial analyses to key stakeholders
- Develop models and tools supporting investment decisions
- Report and monitor portfolio positions, risk and performance
- Participate in projects anchored in financial theory and investment practice
- Interact with portfolio managers and experienced investment professionals
- Contribute to an excellent cross departmental collaborative environment
- Master’s degree in Finance or other quantitative field with strong academic records
- Strong numerical and problem-solving capability
- Competitive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
- Desire and capacity to succeed in global investments
- Advanced IT skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English
