An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a boutique buy-side credit research firm based in Dublin. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Analyst to cover the European Corporate Credit market.

• Evaluate investment opportunities across all sectors (including, but not limited to, Industrials, Capital & Cyclical Goods such as Aviation & Aircraft Leasing; Construction & Building Materials; Automotives; Healthcare; Shipping)
• Perform Fundamental Research on target companies; Carry out Industry Analysis
• Construct detailed Financial Models and reach conclusions on both historical and projected performance
• Undertake Financial Statement and Balance Sheet analysis
• Review credit investments in Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) market
• Perform Valuations of companies and corporates
• Evaluate Mergers and Acquisitions in the European corporate credit markets
• In-depth knowledge on key factors required to successfully raise finance
• Perform Legal Review of Facilities Agreements & Bond Indentures
• Support Portfolio Managers in the selection of investments
• Attend investee and potential investee company meetings with management and staff
• Participate and support in Investment Committee meetings
