My client, a global asset management
institution, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Fund
Accounting Manager to support multiple operational deliverables across
its Global Service Delivery Centre in Wroclaw, Poland on a 6-month
contract.
You will be expected to ensure
appropriate controls are in place in order to provide a timely and
accurate fund accounting service to the business's core clients.
Key accountabilities:
· Ensuring the accounting records of client funds are complete and up to date, as well as NAVs and other deliverables are calculated to client agreed standards and specific timetables
· Maintaining necessary controls around client services and service level agreements (SLAs)
· Updating client files on a timely basis including, but not limited to, client-specific procedures and communicating new agreements to relevant staff as required
· Performing additional client services including month-end reporting, compliance reviews and expense payments where necessary
· Liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to understand key client requirements
· Managing and developing a team of around 10 staff
Applicants must have a proven track record in servicing UK funds, exceptional stakeholder and line management skills as well as in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment.
