International Assignments Specialist
Location: Kraków

You will:

• Support Team Leader and  International Assignment Executive in delivering information, data and documents critical to coordinate employee’s transfer
• Prepare assignment contracts and remuneration package, as well as update and maintain accurate record of the data in SAP system
• Manage specific activities and monitor timeliness and accuracy of third party providers, including shipment, work permit/visa, tax services provider
• Coordinate and take accountability for an international assignment transfer by being the main point of contact for an Assignee

You have:

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in Human Resources
• Communication and team work skills
• Good organizing, time management and coordinating skills
• Fluent English – both oral and in writing
• Very good computer skills, particularly within MS Office (Excel) area as well as International Assignments related tools  (SAP, KPMG LINK, Mobility Case Management Tool, AIRINC Tables)
