Job description

Responsibilities: works on rule based decision making and does transaction processing in the area of billing, credit management, order entry, cash collection using phone, interacts with customer, client or third party providers to collect money for overdue transactions, missing claim documentation, information on current AR. The complexity of tasks and scope of responsibility is higher for a Band 4. Skills & Experience: very good knowledge of the respective foreign language. Experience in collection and good comand of SAP (FI modules) is a must; Responsoble Open mind team player, positive attitude, flexible and open minded.
