| Position description Lotus Domino Administrator specialist acts as a 2nd/3rd level support analyst for any domino related problem, performs health check, implements changes on request by the customer or as a part of the problem resolution interacts with other teams to ensure proper communication of problem resolution results to the customer. Responsibilities Lotus Domino administrator is responsible for managing Domino servers, services, applications and users e.g server administration & troubleshooting, access control list management, Lotus Notes account management, replication troubleshooting, calendaring & scheduling, instant messaging, mobile sync. services and servers. Requirements • Experience with troubleshooting and administration of Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes • Advanced Knowledge of Networking and email systems • Basic knowledge of Windows 2003 and / or Linux/Unix operating systems • Willingness and capability to learn quickly new things • At least 2 years experience with Lotus Domino administration for 2nd level • English: Intermediate • German: Intermediate Preferred skills • Advanced knowledge of Lotus Domino Administration R6/R7/R8 • Basic experience with Lotus Script • Familiar with other Domino technologies like Sametime, Sametime gateway, Lotus Quickr, Connections • Experience with Groupware antivirus solutions (eg. McAfee Groupshield) • Knowledge of monitoring tools (CACTI, Tivoli (ITCAM / DDM)) • Knowledge of groupware specific backup management solutions (Tivoli TDP, Symantec) • Linux / Unix system administrator basic skills • Certifications - Lotus administration (LOT-8.., LOT-9..), Windows server Certifications (MCSE), ITIL v2/v3 • University Degree What we offer Within the team there are also some other applications related to groupware (Sametime, Quickr, monitoring tools, automation tools and many more). Administrators also get familiar with them and will do daily operations according to requirements.
