Your Areas of Operation
An efficient underwriting and portfolio management is key: you will be a member of the front office team maintaining relationships with our national and international clients. Communication is important: you will not only support the transaction-related analytical side but also work closely with colleagues and advisors in regard to negotiating the financial terms with the borrowers. In addition, you will be in control of the post initial deal screening via e.g. a feasibility check, monitoring of contractual covenants and undertakings and the creation of credit reports including detailed cash-flow analyses.

Your Profile
- solid and proven underwriting experience for commercial real estate loans in Europe, preferably in Germany
- solid understanding of financial cash flow models
- an understanding of real estate valuation methods and of “loan pricing“ methodology
- an understanding of bank procedures and processes
- experience in servicing real estate loans
- fluent in German and English, ideally international experience
