The primary function of the Enterprise Architect is to support the bank architecture for Budapest Bank in line with business needs, functional and performance requirements.
Ensure that the enterprise architecture complies with its associated regulatory, security, technical and quality standards.
Develop and deliver the Enterprise Architecture strategy for GE Capital - Budapest Bank
Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Architecture continuum
Engage and communicate with, and manage expectations of relevant stakeholders
Participate in architecture and design governance councils throughout project lifecycle
Adhere to our architecture principles, standards, guidelines and roadmap
Participate in the governance of our simplification agenda
Collaborate with system analysts, project managers and infrastructure architects to ensure that each application design has been fully considered for application, capacity, performance, infrastructure and support implications
Qualifications

Degree or Masters Degree in an information technology related discipline
Certification in the architecture discipline (e.g. TOGAF) is an advantage
- Fluency in English and in Hungarian

Experience
6 + years IT experience, preferably within Banking and Finance
4 + years experience in solution architecture and application software design
project management experience is an advantage

Technical background in following technology areas:
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Web-based applications built using IBM WebSphere suites, and host of decision systems
Document management solutions built using enterprise content management system such as IBM Content Manager
Systems integration using messaging oriented middleware, enterprise services bus, web services, extract-transform-load (ETL) tools
Application integration with IBM main-frame based core systems
Business Process Management solutions using IBM processing modelling tools
Application integration with external business and government systems
Relational database management systems and data warehouse using ORACLE databases
Developing technology standards
Knowledge of TOGAF (or similar) and project management practices
