Essential Responsibilities	Drive technical and operational solutions for Level 2 / 3 support on Circuit SAP DataWarehouse, and work with developers and program managers. Oversee and document technical architecture of data warehouse environment including server technology, file transfer methods, database storage, network storage, and backup and recovery Handle all account management and data security responsibilities pertaining to user accounts, and developer accounts Serve as technical lead on assigned area’s applications, including code, interfaces, and data flows Responsible for the maintenance of in-place programs; coordinates with project teams and business analysts to translate detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions Maintain peer relationships across IT areas (infrastructure, operations, etc.) to support effective implementations Perform assigned tasks and project assignments in order to meet goals and objectives Through technical leadership, assist others in the accomplishment to work assignments Provide technical expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and support personnel Direct the preparation of and approve appropriate reports and communicate status and results Establish the priority of work and assignment of personnel to meet objectives Serve as a primary interface with internal and external contributing organization relative to technical requirements, directions and problem resolution Collaborate with management in developing technical directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals Implement work activities to meet these plans, monitor progress, and report status Provide timely leadership and direction to support organization Assist in the modification or establishment of operating practices Responsible for maintaining data models and understanding data warehouse database design concepts Overseeing and guiding the implementation and technical management of SAP BW and related systems Providing highly technical consulting for SAP projects in DWH areas Manage day-to-day operations for the Support and Maintenance of DWH Manage Service Level Agreements with the Business and Third Party Service Providers Maintain relationship with Service Desk Provide the initial contact with the Incident Management process Provide project support Test management Change management Drive implementation of best practices for SAP implementation and support Tight coordination between project teams and support teams to reduce system changes Manage functional teams and requirements that drive changes in the system Interaction points to Global Process Owners and key users Drive SLAs Define BI standards and processes Drive regular technical health checks to manage a stable environments Implement proactive System monitoring solution Capacity, Availability, Performance Management Upgrades, Patching and related functions Inteface implementation and troubleshooting
Qualifications/Requirements	B.S. Degree or equivalent professional experience in IT environment 10+ years’ experience information technology 5+ years’ experience with SAP and data warehousing concepts 5+ years’ experience of Business Intelligence (BI) and Multi-Dimensional Data Warehouse Strong SQL and PL/SQL Skills Experience leading design for global DWH systems Strong knowledge on SAP BW Objects and Transactions Experience working on Java Platform Ability to work in a virtual team environment across global time zones Ability to pull and analyze data for helping drive continual operational improvement Fluent English both in written and oral
