| • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years experience in product marketing, product development, or related field • Proven influencing ability across all levels of an organization, including executive level. • Executive presence and interaction skills. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently and through effective influencing. • Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality. | |

• Proven experience in large-scaled Agile Product Management teams. • Agile Product Owner/Manager certification desired. • Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry; knowledge of GE Healthcare products preferred. • Previous consulting or project implementation experience. • Proficiency in clinical workflow, ideally across healthcare departments and systems. • Ability to provide constructive feedback to business partners. • Ability to drive improvements in efficiency. Proven ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. • Time management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. |
