Role Summary/Purpose	Provides support to the Product Leader and/or Program Manager for a specific product team. He/she manages a team of Product Owners to prioritize the product requirements and optimize the feature delivery to the customers.
Essential Responsibilities	• Facilitates day-to- day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals • Manages customer, client and support functions expectations of product and services. • Maintains accurate list of customer requirements/deliveries with an up to date priority list • Collects and communicates all of the requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff and management. • Maintains alignment between the project team and external resources. • Providing leadership and direction for all matrix staff responsible for the project. • Adopts a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and create and maintain a project risk log; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible. Qualifications/Requirements	• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field • 5+ years experience in product marketing, product development, or related field • Proven influencing ability across all levels of an organization, including executive level. • Executive presence and interaction skills. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently and through effective influencing. • Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality.
Desired Characteristics	• Master’s degree • Proven experience in large-scaled Agile Product Management teams. • Agile Product Owner/Manager certification desired. • Knowledge/experience with the healthcare industry; knowledge of GE Healthcare products preferred. • Previous consulting or project implementation experience. • Proficiency in clinical workflow, ideally across healthcare departments and systems. • Ability to provide constructive feedback to business partners. • Ability to drive improvements in efficiency. Proven ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. • Time management skills; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
