About the Role
You will be working as a part of Stonesoft R&D. Main responsibility will be in design and development of network security-related software for various Stonesoft products (e.g. Next Generation Firewall, IPS)
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of C or C++ language
- Knowledge of development methodologies, processes and tools
- Good teamwork skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
We also appreciate skills and experience in the following areas
- Experience from professional software development
- Linux userspace and/or kernelspace
- Embedded devices
- Lower level networking protocols like TCP, IPv6, IPv4 and/or application protocols
- Script languages: Python, Perl
