You will:

• own and manage the Continuous Improvement program throughout the HR Shared Service organization (front and back office)
• monitor internal and external trends and develop best practices and other initiatives for the organization
• be the organizational subject matter expert in Lean and Six Sigma while coaching belts at all levels
• advise key stakeholders on a regular basis towards a sustainable Continuous improvement culture within the organization
• travel to other company affiliates on the occasional basis

You have:

• university degree in business/economics/mathematics/engineering
• 6+ years of proven Lean Six Sigma experience as a certified Black Belt  (preferably in a Shared Service Center environment)
• knowledge of HR services industry will be an advantage
• experience in mentoring and coaching other process reengineering resources
• experience in working within a multi-cultural environment
• self-driven personality and pro-activeness
• excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
• strong communication and presentation skills
• proven ability to work towards tight deadlines from Senior Management
• excellent oral and written communication skills in English
