HR Continuous Improvement Leader
(Location: Krakow)

- be the organizational subject matter expert in Lean and Six Sigma while coaching belts at all levels
- advise key stakeholders on a regular basis towards a sustainable Continuous improvement culture within the organization
- travel to other company affiliates on the occasional basis
- university degree in business/economics/mathematics/engineering
- 6+ years of proven Lean Six Sigma experience as a certified Black Belt (preferably in a Shared Service Center environment)
- knowledge of HR services industry will be an advantage
- experience in mentoring and coaching other process reengineering resources
- experience in working within a multi-cultural environment
- self-driven personality and pro-activeness
- excellent analytical skills, attention to detail
- strong communication and presentation skills
- proven ability to work towards tight deadlines from Senior Management
- excellent oral and written communication skills in English
