Position Overview:
P2P
Operations Support Specialist will have responsibility for working with
clients to resolve daily operational support issues impacting P2P and SAP,
assess need for- and deliver end user & client training for all clients in the
Eurasia & Africa Group.
Operational Activities:
Monitor and resolve 2nd level
support requests via the support queue.
Document support processes and
procedures to ensure consistency in level of service provided to end users and
clients.
Perform end user training of requestor, approver and service center
employees.
Prepare & assist to deliver monthly broadcasts.
Support enhancements
to SAP by participating in user acceptance testing.
Identify and fix
defects/bugs and work with IT to ensure system fix or temporary work around is
in place.
Periodically closing of old PO#s
Key Activities
Resolve support
tickets routed to P2P Operations Support queue
Document support processes and
procedures
Lead User Acceptance Testing by working with Business Units to
coordinate and on-board testers, validating test data, testing logistic, etc.
Work closely with own department and local power users to identify training,
process improvement, and enhancement opportunities associated with daily
incidents managed
Perform end user and client training
Education: Bachelor
Degree; or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience: 2-5 years
