Position Overview:
We are looking for a person
experienced and independent in: execution of agreed plans (internally and
with bottlers), execution of projects, amplification and adaptations of the
marketing toolkits, connection/media plans development (with media
manager), tracking KBIs, proposing corrective actions, negotiations with
external suppliers within defined scope, DME management, Bottling Partners
processes and routines.
Significant part of this job is
innovation management – from idea to leading commercial development and
deployment to evaluation. Requires ability to manage (indirectly) broad team of
specialists (including technical), as well as to manage internal processes and
systems (CLARITY).
Key responsibilities:
Grow volume, profits, share and
equity for TCCC Juice category in Poland.
• Refining & further
implementation of the winning juice business model for Poland, including long
range plan.
• Identification of key growth /
innovation areas and drives and though leadership in development of business
cases and winning system activation plans.
• Adaptation, amplification,
efficient and effective execution of all marketing projects in accordance with
brand strategies and business plan activities.
• Convincing and Influencing
effective work with the bottling partners, focusing on the right priorities.
• Course correcting where necessary
– proactive determination of causal issues and incremental opportunities for
the brand, as well as aligning resources / activities with stakeholders as
needed.
Selected candidate will cooperate:
• Internally: Operations Team,
BU marketing team, Local Commercial Manager and team, Media manager, K&I
central resource for the category / brand , KO technical, legal,
• Close cooperation with the finance
teams on both TCCC & CCH sides of the business.,
• Strong interface with BU marketing
and Commercial Mngr
• Externally: CCH Bottling partner:
marketing and Sales teams
• Agencies: Creative, BTL, Media
(with Media Manager)
Analytical responsibilities:
• Analyze growth opportunities and
recommend the best priorities and choice of plans and programs within the
category
• P&L monitoring
• Provide insightful analysis on
performance (market / brand) & propose corrective actions to management and
CCH
• Contribute to the Marketing Team
with relevant local insights
