Job ID 851847 Location Poland, Warsaw Job Category Business Services & Administration Product (Not Product Specific) Division Services & Support   Standard Title: CEE HQ Business Planning Manager Reports to: Business Planning & Operations Lead Job Profile: The Business Planning & Operations (BPO) group is the business center of excellence for cross-CEE HQ Business & Marketing Planning, Marketing Intelligence, and Field Operations that cut across Segments & Business Groups. The team drives clear business & marketing insights that result in cohesive strategies and growth & share oriented business plans. The Business Planning Manager is responsible for supporting processes driven by BPO, across all business groups within a CEE HQ. • Business & Marketing Planning: o Driving business excellence and cross-CEE HQ effectiveness in Subsidiary Scorecard management, including scorecard forecast accuracy and correction or error process through the Rhythm of the Business o Working on business and marketing planning processes across CEE HQ based on requirements of BPO Lead (Subsidiary Business Planning Process, Mid Year Review (MYR), Rhythm of the Business processes (ROB)) o Providing Marketing Management insights and reporting, working on Data quality and proper marketing spend • Business Insight: o Providing relevant business insights and analysis support in M&O team in close cooperation with Finance team and respective Scorecard metric owners o Supporting marketing metrics reporting to achieve consistent evaluation of marketing impact and smooth operations Candidate Profile: - 1 – 3 years of related experience - Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) Field of Study (if applicable): Finance, Business Management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Candidates must have practical experience in business management or Finance • Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities • Intermediate to advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, database experience is advantage • Self motivated, directed person; ability to understand the customer and market trends “111CEEHQ” “CEE HQ" To get more information about us please visit: https://www.facebook.com/MicrosoftCareersCEE
