Essential Responsibilities	Managing the team of 8 Base Cost Analysts. Regular assessment of the team performance Team creation and active leadership and support in taking over responsibilities from other poles: North America, Latin America, Asia, India Business Partner - Driving & giving support & direction to the operational leaders, finance leaders & HR leaders of the functions in order to execute to given commitments. Active support to generate ideas on addressing BC/HC productivity targets Driving actively the simplification & standardization of the processes and rearranging roles & responsibilities Full ownership of the Monthly/Quarterly closing activities for managed functions Leading reviews preparation for the business leaders
Qualifications/Requirements	Requirements: Higher education – degree preferably in Finance/Accounting /Economics Experience in managing the team Proven experience in finance analyses Minimum 5-6 years of work experience Very strong analytical skills Fluent English is a Must Good Spanish or Chinese Knowledge will be an additional advantage MS Office (Strong Excel, Power Point, Access) Advanced knowledge of Macros & database creation/management will be an additional advantage Experience of working with ERP system (Oracle, SAP) will be an advantage Energized approach to performed tasks Motivation skills to drive teams Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivation and discipline Excellent time management skills Proven project management skills Team player Proactive and opened
