In this role, you will get involved in a wide range of IT-relevant legal and commercial issues and gain experience in a highly energetic cross-functional business environment in a part-time engagement.
Applicants shall currently be studying towards a legal or business administration qualification. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support our Lawyers in research, deal negotiations and drafting.
• Assist in optimizing processes and internal workflow in a multinational team.
• Assist in a variety of legal projects.
• Administrative support within the Legal Department. REQUIREMENTS
• You are currently enrolled as legal or business administration student with a major in legal at a German university.
• You can work part-time as a student intern (“Werkstudent”)
• You have a basic legal understanding (Civil Code).
• Good understanding of and strong interest in IT-relevant legal problems.
• Basic knowledge in the fields of competition and commercial law.
• Intercultural skills are a plus.
• Good Command of English and German.
• Ability to “Go beyond” and “Get things done” under high pressure.
The office location is just aside the S-Bahn stop at Heimstetten, east of Munich.
The average working hours may not exceed 20 h per week, however changing weekly schedules are possible (e.g. one week 2 full days, another week 3 full days).
