The Cross Services team is responsible for planning, governing and orchestrating cross services for enablement that are common and shared across the Package Owner and Enablement teams. The team is the anchor point within Solution and Knowledge Packaging to drive cross services in 3 areas: partners, consumption and consumer experience as well as regional engagement. The team is responsible for the defining the partner engagement models in collaboration with our stakeholders, as well as the partner enablement portfolio planning & provisioning. For consumption and consumer experience the team is responsible for the packaging Bill of Material, and the packaging Web Channel Strategy and Experience, and it is the Product Owner for the Consumer Experience of our packaging tools. Also the team is responsible for market facing communication on packaging. In terms of regional engagement the cross services team ensures one voice to the regions for packaging including the interaction with user groups, as well as regional sales & services teams. As manager of this team you will ensure the planning, governing and orchestration of cross services to contribute to innovation adoption at scale. By collaborating extensively with stakeholders you will ensure the incubation of innovative ideas for packaging enablement, and bring these ideas to execution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Drive partner engagement models for packaging in close collaboration with our stakeholders, creating eco-system value and innovation adoption influenced by our partner eco-system. Demonstrate thought-leadership to drive new scalable methods for partner engagements and enablement
- Drive towards a consistent and effective consumer experience of packages and packaging artifacts. Synthesize the input of stakeholders on their consumer experience of packages and provide consumers feedback to development. Ensure that our Bill of Material serves the goal of innovation adoption at scale in the triangle of desirability-viability-feasibility
- Ensure a successful voice of packaging in the regions through our regional enablement leads. Ensure that packaging enablement will be received in the various regions. Spearhead via our regional enablement leads, a strong packaging presence in the regions, such as presence in user groups.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders, such as Solutions GTM, Product Organizations, Field Services, Sales and Marketing, as well partners and customers
- Successfully lead a team to endorse and execute on developing new strategies and executing ongoing projects to deliver on these expectations
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Product Management / Business Development roles along the entire innovation and go-to-market cycle
- Strong track record in taking-to-market new products and solutions, including a strong track record on partner engagement
- Expertise in defining and executing a proven consumer (web) experience and Bill of Material geared towards adoption
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Business owner mindset with a deep understanding of the entire value chain from strategy and portfolio through development to go-to-market and sales
- High capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems and to drive execution of cross topics is critical
- Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to quickly adapt to a quickly changing business environment
- In-depth channel expertise on how to leverage partners (e.g. Value Added Resellers, System Implementers) for maximum package adoption in the market, including a deep understanding of how eco-systems work in the enterprise software market
- A business development mindset to identify the right opportunities for scaling innovation adoption and to pursue an attractive Consumer Experience for packaging
- Proven experience and knowledge around Web Channel Strategies and Consumer Experience
- Experience in supporting customer, sales, consulting and partner organizations
- Leadership to transform strategy into successful execution and a passion for operational excellence.
