Read more about our projects: Top Stories Your role As a junior consultant you will leverage your subject matter expertise towards solution design, build, customization, test and deployment during various client engagements.  You won't just be solving IT problems, you'll be working with our top-tier clients to help them meet their business needs through innovative solutions. You'll be a trusted adviser, helping our clients make better, informed decisions. Your role is not limited to delivering functional and technical expertise, but also covers the organizational aspects of implementing changes to existing structures and ways of working. In your role you are able and have experience in leading process workshops. You will work with colleagues and client staff, where our (and your) role is always based on a realistic commitment to deliver results. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your team members, thus maximizing the results. Your attitude is critical and you always challenge existing solutions.
