IBM Business Analytics and Optimization Services (BAO) is one of the strategic focus areas for IBM globally and locally in Finland. BAO offers consulting, solution development and implementation services related to new and advanced ways of using data on strategic and operational level. BAO plays a fundamental role in many transformations that companies are going through for example multi-channel business models in the retail, finance and telco industries, service transformation in the industrial sector, and customer driven business models along with process efficiency improvements in the public sector. The BAO service offering consists of : - Advanced Analytics and Optimization - Business Intelligence and Business Peformance Management - Enterprise Information Management - Multic-Channel Targeted and Personalized Marketing We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to lead our project deliveries and ensure their quality. In this role the person will work as Program or Project Manager for larger BAO deliveries, act in delivery quality assurance role across BAO projects, and develop our delivery practices. The Senior Delivery Lead will be part of the BAO Management Team. The candidate should have ambition to develop own skills and career in a large international organization.

Required Master's Degree At least 3 years experience in Program and project management At least 3 years experience in complex and large solution deliveries in business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing and/or master data management Basic knowledge in business analytics and optimizationing channels At least 3 years experience in teamwork, communication and facilitation English: Fluent Finnish: Fluent
