The Client Sales Representative is responsible for the total client relationship with one or more important IBM clients or competitive prospects, including traditional large accounts, OEMs, alliance partners, business partners, distributors and end-users of IBM technology.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in broad sales, business development and operations
  • At least 2 years experience in industry sales
  • At least 1 year experience in maintaining sales relations with clients and business partners
  • At least 1 year experience in identifying and delivering business opportunities
  • English: Intermediate
  • Polish: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree
Additional information
- Sets own priorities in managing client issues and concerns and ensures the involvement of the proper IBM functions, thereby bringing added value and cultivating a continuing customer relationship.
- Provides advice to other sales team members as required in order to meet business objectives.
- Understands the business unit's coverage model and strategy.
- Initiates and may lead planning sessions, evaluates IBM's competitive advantages, and identifies potential areas for improvement. Forecasts long- and short-term business volumes by using appropriate IBM tools and processes.
