| This is a project management role responsible for the
transformation and transition of responsibility and process/service
activities from the customer to IBM resources during the initial stages
of a contract. The role is also a focal point to assist the Transition
leader in the Transition resourcing process and Transition competency
development. Responsibilities: -Designs transition project plan, -Schedule & proposal text during engagement proposal phase; -Assists in staffing the Transition project team; -Develops and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the Delivery centers, and across all Transition work streams (People transfer, IT, Service/process transition, Workplace & infrastructure services, Account management setup); -Coordinates cross-tower activities (BCS, SO); -Collects and documents observations and lessons learned from completed transitions; -Helps improve and implement transition methodology through development and re-use of IC | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
