Exciting opportunity to join a major plc.

The Role

Working as part of a team, role will involve:

• Research and identification of acquisition of opportunities across Europe and North America
• Where suitable opportunities are identified, role will involve managing the due diligence, valuation, negotiation and close process
• Work closely with Finance, treasury and tax to ensure successful integration of acquisition into the business.

The Candidate

Big 4 qualified ACA with a minimum of four years' PQE gained working in an in-house corporate development role with a large MNC, working in a Corporate Finance role with an investment Bank or Broker, or working with a Practice within Transaction Services/Corporate Finance.
