Exciting opportunity for an Investor Services/TA Manager to join a leading international bank based in Dublin City Centre.

Our client, a leading international Bank, requires a TA Senior Manager to join their Dublin City Centre team. This TA Senior Manager job is a permanent position and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience.

Responsibilities:

• To take responsibility for the management of 10 administrators.
• To take responsibility for the day to day running of the department.
• To establish strong relationships with both clients and colleagues and to ensure that all issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
• This role places significant emphasis on Compliance and AML, therefore the successful candidate will have excellent exposure in this area.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a Transfer Agency or Financial Services operational environment is essential.
• Strong teamwork skills are essential.
• Strong leadership skills with a significant capacity for motivating a team.
• Excellent time keeping skills with strong flexibility in prioritising key tasks.
• Experienced people manager with proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
