Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant with a leading international bank based in Dublin.

Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Fund Accountant with a leading international bank based in Dublin. The successful candidate will assist in the training and mentoring of fund accountants as well as undertaking ad hoc activities in accordance with the requirements of the business.
 Responsibilities:

• To sign off on daily check lists for all net asset values (NAV).
• To accurately prepare NAVs for supervisor review.
• To prepare and calculate accurate NAVs across all funds.
• To prepare cash and asset reconciliations for supervisor review.
• To perform price tolerance checks.
• To communicate any operational issues to the supervisor.
• To provide non daily services to all clients as directed by the supervisor.
• Ensure client concerns and requests are addressed within an agreed timeframe.
• To communicate any client concerns to the supervisor.
• To undertake client specific monthly checks.
• To develop professional relationships with clients and be proactive in identifying client concerns.

 Requirements:

• Third level qualification in a business related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar funds related environment.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong PC skills.
