Online Store Order Administration is partnering with the iTunes Store
for iTunes fraud prevention. We are seeking an iTunes Fraud Prevention
Specialist with excellent analytical skills and extensive knowledge of
best practices for account services.
The iTunes Store Fraud Prevention team is a high-impact team of
specialists whose goal is to improve the iTunes Experience by mitigating
the risk associated with iTunes purchases. Critical thinking and
self-motivation are an absolute must.

Description
• Reviews and analyzes simple to complex Card Not Present transactions and customer
accounts to detect unauthorized activity, determining appropriate next steps
• Actions fraudulent orders and accounts
• Serves as a point of contact between cross-functional teams and business partners
• Analyzes, identifies, and communicates trends from exception reporting
• Researches and resolves suspect fraud escalations from various sources
• Represents Apple with customers and partner organizations
• Identifies innovative ideas to improve the customer experience
• Builds and compiles case details for Law Enforcement, Global Security, and Legal
• Achieves or exceeds performance and productivity goals
Education
• Bachelor degree plus 1 year relevant experience, or Associate degree plus 2 years
relevant experience
