Description

Customer focused person who is self motivated, friendly and has a passion to solve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner. Responsible for providing support options, total resolution, and appeasement solutions to Apple customers and AppleCare Representatives. Successful candidates will be responsible for customer recovery and retention via inbound phone calls. Phone calls will focus on complex customer service and support issues. Must be able to work under aggressive time commitments. Will be responsible for communicating official positioning on company issues. Develops creative solutions to complex customer problems. Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement strategies. Empowered to use judgment when balancing company and customer needs. Critical skills include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, other EU language a plus, a passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness and flexibility. Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills. Superior interpersonal, skills. Outstanding follow through and organizational ability. NB: This is a nontechnical role, requiring focus on the management of sensitive customer situations.
