Our Shared Services Centre - EY Global Services (Poland) Sp. z o.o.
started operations in January 2011 in Wroclaw, Poland and provides
financial and accounting services to Ernst & Young offices in
Europe. We extended the scope of our services by offering People Shared
Services (PSS).
Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
Accounts Receivable Associate with English
Requirements:
- language skills: good English
- bachelor degree
- very good knowledge of MS Excel
- work experience in Shared Services center will be additional asset
Responsibilities will include:
- Apply payments to client accounts or GL accounts after proper research
- Carry out adjustment entries for payments/invoices
- Research any unidentified payments to obtain payment information
- Respond to emails & telephone queries in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to accuracy & timeliness requirements
- Escalate disputes/issues to supervisor/manager with appropriate information
- Provide recommendations for any changes required to Accounts Receivable standard operating procedures
- Adhere to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters.
