Job description
Dispatcher is a responsible person for workload management in the team of IT specialists. The workload is defined by incoming incident/problem/change tickets and another workload requests that dispatcher must assign to appropriate IT specialists on the basis of complexity of the task, availability of suitable IT specialist with required skills, …

Dispatcher:
• Actively communicates with all IT Specialists in the team
• Is responsible for successful fulfillment of all tasks in required time
• Reporting of the workload to manager
• Maintains internal dispatching rules and enforces them in the team

Dispatcher acts as backup for the role Delivery Analyst.
Responsibility of the Delivery Analyst is:
• Provide management system with data gathering (daily, weekly, monthly) and consistent and timely reporting
• Driving analyzes and communication with managers regarding potential service risks or improvements
• Responsibility for implementation of quality standards in the team
• Follow targets and communicate them with management

The role of Dispatcher is suitable for junior project managers.

Required
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and organizational skills
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 2 years experience in GDF Competency
  • At least 2 years experience in Dispatcher
  • English: Intermediate
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English : Fluent
