To our GE Healthcare Warsaw office we are looking for candidates for Sales Support Intern position. The Intern provides quality compliance and administrative support on a fulltime basis to the Sales Team and clients. This internship will give the intern valuable, real-world experience, as well as providing the Sales Team with additional administrative support.
  • Contact and cooperation with the costumers: preparation of relevant documents (contracts, invitation, statements)
  • Settlement of invoices of base costs for the Sales Department
  • Organization of seminars, events, workouts and travels for the team
  • Research for marketing materials
  • Monitoring and preparing budget plan for the events
  • Coordination of the flow of information between sales team and office
  • Supporting sales team and leaders in everyday work
  • Current enrollment in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or technical degree or equivalent in the function (or similar) in which the intern will work
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent language skills in Polish and in English (both oral and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones
