Certified Project manager with more than 6 years in leading projects, the customer environment experience, expertise in IT strategic outsourcing, a global delivery, and transition/transformation projects. The responsibilities of this individual include but are not limited to: -Lead and deliver project(s) an expected business value to a client and as well as a provider. -Lead and provide guidance project delivery teams throughout the duration of the project. -Responsible for consistency approach, control and visibility on all projects. ---- -- -Overall performance responsibility for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. -Responsible for managing all project resources, for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team, the customer and other stakeholders. - -Must be able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with the project management team as well with managers and executives. -Displays correct use of project management disciplines and tools to team members throughout the life cycle of the project. Requirements: -Mandatory experience PM Profession certification -Proven track record of managing or leading a project team. -Excellent written and spoken English, German. -Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. -Strong customer service skills. -Individual should be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead a project team. -Positive and professional attitude. -Deep IT know how. -Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, etc.). Desired experience: -People management or team leader experience. -ITIL awareness. -Minimum 6 years of project management experience. -University graduate Master's Degree.

Required High School Diploma/GED At least 2 years experience in Project management At least 2 years experience in Technical Skills English: Fluent German: Intermediate

Preferred Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years experience in Project management German : Fluent
