Software Licence Administrator with English and Italian language Software Licence Administrator is responsible for these tasks: • Responsible for performing all tasks that can be done centrally • Perform the first tasks for the reporting of the software installations(gather and consolidate data, create software installation reports) • Perform the first tasks for the reconciling of the software licenses(gather data, create software reconciliation reports, perform analyzing that is possible globally) • Update the Second Software License Repository • Gathering and communicate data with other entities within IBM • Communication skills required - communication to many different competencies, needed for investigative work • Software License calculation based on appropriate capacity type and installation REQUIREMENTS - High School Diploma • Eye for detail, accuracy, flexibility • Independent, self-motivated, analytical thinking • Good orientation in Excel (formatting, functions) • Fluent English and Italian • General IT knowledge • Good communication skills

Required High School Diploma/GED At least 2 years experience in Excel (formatting, functions) At least 1 year experience in Asset management English: Intermediate Italian: Intermediate

Preferred Bachelor's Degree English : Fluent Italian : Fluent
