Job description
Reporting to Team Leader (functional), SDD People Manager (Management) SPMS Administartor distributes software packages and updates to end user's computers. SPMS Administrator ensures consistent productivity and quality of service, meets SLAs and individual KPIs, maintains customer satisfaction. This role is mainly responsible for the following: Performing Software distribution tasks (starting distributions, reporting distributions, troubleshooting failed endpoints etc...) Reporting of appropriate Tool environment status and managing it with cooperation of appropriate teams Process eSM Problem tickets Ensure all requests are processed in-line with countries SLA's commitments Adhere to lunch, break and task schedules as issued by leadership team Escalate any issues as soon as they arise to the appropriate contact Actively participate in knowledge share with other analysts Proactively alert TL of any tickets/requests waiting Increase technical and process knowledge in line with demands relevant to role Develop a basic understanding of the technical tasks carried out by the team and the terminology used in order to efficiently perform role Identify knowledge mgmt gaps and drive closure Reporting, starting new pushes, change management Troubleshooting endpoints, downloading and examining logs Maintaining failures tabs, Making tickets Proactively finding place for developing yourself in team scope (macros, scripts, pmtsa, inventory, failures - examining logs, communication)
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year experience in Software Platform Management Services
  • English: Fluent
  • French: Intermediate
Preferred
  • At least 2 years experience in Software Platform Management Services
  • French : Fluent
