An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate Finance professional to join one of the country's leading Corporate Finance houses in Dublin.

Covering a variety of sectors in the Irish market, the successful candidate will be advising corporates on domestic and international acquisitions.
Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of corporate client relationships.
• Ability to undertake large transactions
• Undertaking deal leader role and managing transactions

1. Preparing detailed business plans 
2. Ability to scope and create integrated financial forecasts and models
3. Ability to comment on financial viability of plans
4. Market research and identification of prospective purchasers / vendors
5. Structuring and funding transactions
6. Playing a key role in identifying and winning new client work through use of own network and building a personal profile on the market.
7. Preparing pitch documents
8. Managing situations in a way which will optimise financial returns for clients and for the firm.
9. Able to identify issues and create solutions

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate an extensive depth of technical knowledge
• Fantastic client handling and communication skills generally.
• Skills in leading and facilitating discussions between individuals and groups within a client or the firm.
• 5+ years’ experience working within a corporate finance lead advisory function in practice
• Ability to manage the commercial relationships with clients (agreeing fees, billing, managing budgets and recoveries)
• Creative thinker
• ACA or equivalent ideally with Corporate Finance qualification
• Strong MS Office skills
• Private Equity & structured debt experience
