An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a senior corporate finance director to lead a a successful team within a renowned corporate finance firm.

Our client is a leading European Corporate Finance team who are currently looking to take on an experienced hire into Dublin based function. The position is for a Head of Corporate Finance and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience covering Irish/UK/European markets, either from an M&A or Private Equity Background. The position will join the team at a senior level and will be responsible for originating transactions for European market investment opportunities, as well as overseeing existing investments, setting strategy, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities include:
- Origination, execution and monitor Corporate Finance transactions for Ireland/UK/Europe
- Detailed analysis of investment opportunities
- Structuring of investments
- Presenting opportunities to the Investment Committee
- Performing valuation and monitoring of portfolio investments
- Assist in the exiting of investments

Requirements:

- Must have min 10+ years of investment experience
- Be experienced in evaluating investment opportunities
- Have exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Have prior experience in European investment opportunities
