Job description
The role of the IGA Infrastructure Solution Project Manger is to lead transition and transformation, new business, infrastructure, request for service and other ad-hoc projects.
The responsibilities of this individual include but are not limited to:
Delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements, terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. Overall performance responsibility for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team, the customer and other stakeholders.
Must be able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with the project management team as well with managers and executives. Displays correct use of project management disciplines and tools to team members throughout the life cycle of the project. Actively supports set-up of working procedures and infrastructure support. Provides project management business guidance to team members throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements:
Mandatory experience :
Proven track record of managing or leading a project team.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Individual should be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead a project team.
Positive and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of IT environment.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project, etc.).

Desired experience:
Understanding of small services / business unit operation (budgeting, resource management, planning, delivery, reporting).
People management or team leader experience.
PMI PMP certification.
ITIL qualification. 3-5 years of project management experience.
Foreign language(s) helpful but not required.
University graduate.
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Project management
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Master's Degree
